Supervision
My Approach: Anti-Oppressive Practice and Inclusivity
In my view, supervision should be a restorative, challenging, and supportive space where we can think around your client, your work, and your professional development and how these aspects intersect and influence each other. My relational approach means that the supervisory relationship is built on trust and authenticity, giving us the resilience to work through challenges as well as the connection to celebrate your development and achievements. We will also focus on your own self-care and personal growth and development as that is an essential part of being a competent and safe practitioner who finds fulfillment in the work they do.
I am trained in an a anti-oppressive approach using an integrative approach incorporating the 7-eyed model, the Proctor model and a developmental integrative perspective. I also work from a social justice perspective, meaning that larger and specific socio-political contexts, power dynamics, and differences and similarities in the therapeutic relationship as well as the supervisory relationship can be identified and explored. If you work with diverse clients, such as those from the global majority (BIPOC), LGBTQ+, or neurodivergent and disabled communities, for example, I will create a safe place to uncover blind spots, biases and other knowings and unknownings so that you can expand your understanding and empathy for those who may be different than you. We will also work through the challenges of working with those whose identities insect with your own, especially when it could be triggering or painful.

I offer 1 hour sessions for £80 or 90-minute sessions for £110, either as a standing appointment or you can schedule as needed through my self-booking option.
Private Practice Consultation
Building the Confidence to Market Yourself Effectively
I offer consultations about how to build your private practice. As therapists, we often find marketing ourselves quite difficult, and the modern ways of doing this can seem difficult to get our minds around. This is a space where we will can explore both the practical side of things, like pricing and where to advertise, as well as the more vulnerable concerns, like issues around how to market yourself.
My intention is that you will have a better understanding of your next steps with a clear plan and, possibly most importantly, more confidence in how you market yourself. Please note, I do not work with social media as I found that's just not for me. Instead we will focus on your website (if you have one), setting fees, photos, advertising spaces, and thinking about your niche or special interests, as well building your confidence.

I offer a 1-hour session with a 30-minute follow up session for £80.
