Supervision 

In my view, supervision should be a restorative, challenging and supportive space where we can think around your client work in the context of how you are experiencing your work. I take a decolonial approach, which means that the socio-political context, power dynamics, and differences and similarities in the therapeutic relationship as well as the supervisory relationship will be identified and explored.
